An SEO fix and a quieter backend

A small week: one SEO fix and some cleanup.

One commit on the Salonjaa site. I aligned the business details on the site with the Google Business Profile and strengthened the signals that say what the site is called.

Job_Plz_Backend

Three commits, all about making the project honest:

• Startup. If the HTTP server fails to listen, it now throws. Before, that failure could pass without anything stopping.
• Scripts. I removed a cron script that was broken.
• Docs. The README now documents the full local setup, and I removed dead files.

Nothing flashy, but a backend that fails loudly and a setup guide that works are the kind of thing I want in place before I add more to it.
